Shipping costs

Please note that our online store will be closed from 22 December 2016 to 1 January 2017. Orders received during that time will be shipped on 2 January 2017.

To ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and hassle free we have endeavoured to make the shipping process as efficient as possible.

We ship all Australian orders via the Australia Post express post network.

Express post shipping Australia wide is free.

We charge a flat rate of A$10.00 for New Zealand orders and $A25.00 for all other countries.


Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt of the order not including weekends or public holidays.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 business days.

If incorrect address details are provided and the parcel is returned to us you will be charged for a re-delivery fee.


Should you make an error when ordering online, Oskyn will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

Please contact our customer care team via our contact us page should you wish to return an item and they will provide you with instructions on what to do.
